This oil-only product is intense and concentrated as it has no water or bulking agents. Small quantities are all that’s needed, and time must be given for the oils to absorb, which takes longer than lotions or creams. As a scalp oil, it works both when applied and left on from 20 minutes up to several hours before washing your hair, but also if small amounts are applied after or between washes on itchy patches.
