Once a day, apply one to two pumps to the fingertips of one hand, rub the fingertips of both hands together and apply to the face, avoiding the eyes.
Gently massage the cleanser in a circular motion around all of the face, except the eye area.
Remove thoroughly, but gently, with a soft cotton pad (preferably a reusable one) or cotton face cloth, soaked in warm water and wrung out.
Wash face with a mild non-soap wash (such as castile), dry and apply Acne Face Oil.
Acne Face Oil
Apply only a few drops to the fingertips of one hand, rub the fingertips of both hands together to slightly warm the oil and pat around the face, avoiding the eyes.
Apply to the skin twice daily day after cleansing. NOTE: Allow time for the oil to be absorbed otherwise it may stain clothing and materials.
