My products are thoughtfully created to support all ages and genders, from babies to adults and the elderly. Gentle, nutrient-rich, honest formulations make them suitable for sensitive, reactive and allergy-prone skin at every stage of life. Using clean, pure products helps to prevent damage or restore a damaged skin barrier, from infancy through to old age, and to ensure that they are gender neutral. It has become increasingly important to know what is going on your skin or being inhaled, as we live in a world where we cannot assume manufacturers have our best interests at heart.

Many of our products are multifunctional, offering simple and effective care across different skin needs. For example, our baby-friendly products can also be used by adults seeking lighter, gentler skincare, while balms like Zinc & Camellia can support concerns such as eczema, dry patches, acne spots, minor burns, rashes and irritated skin.

This cuts back on cost, the need for multiple products and on wasting products. This also helps to limit container waste and the volume of ingredients that are sourced from nature.

The ethos behind this brand is to help people feel safe when choosing a skincare product, particularly if one has a skin condition, reactive skin or allergies, and to respect our planet.

Founder's Story

This work is an extension of the psychological and integrated work I’ve done as a consultant clinical psychologist, where I’ve seen the importance of approaching issues from both a physical and a psychological angle, as the one impacts the other. For example, your eczema or acne, although physical, will certainly affect how you feel emotionally, as will your itchy menopausal skin or seeing your baby in distress from eczema.

Feeling overwhelmed by fragrances, harsh chemicals, skin irritants and misleading marketing, I set out with my witches’ hat and brewing stick to explore the world of homemade, self-formulated products that would meet my exacting standards. So here you have the fruits of that adventure, made with hope, care and respect.

Every product is made by hand and in small batches, so there will be slight variations, uneven tops or labels, or minor differences from what you would get with a factory, machine-generated product. This is all part of the charm. Please be aware that they may change consistency if left in the sun or a cold room.

These magnificent ingredients come predominantly from seeds, which are the ultimate powerhouses of nutrients and life-generating components, as they are the core of the next generation of the plant, tree, fruit or flower.

The other ingredients are refined butters and waxes.

As there is no water in these products, they are highly concentrated, so only small amounts are required, and they take longer to absorb than water-based creams or lotions. Time is needed for the oils, in particular, to be absorbed as their natural colours may stain fabric. However, these colours are testament to their remarkable healing fractions (their goodness).

These products do not contain any essential oils or fragrances, so their aromas are natural and earthy.

This cleanser deserves to have won the awards it has. It has been excellent for my adolescent son's acne. His skin is so much smoother, less greasy, and it keeps it clean. I was so impressed that I decided to start using it myself, even though I don't have acne, and it leaves my skin feeling cleansed and soft. He also uses the Acne Face Oil, which works with the cleanser, and together, they have made such a difference to his skin.

MAGIC. I use this for everything from itchy patches, eczema areas and even burns and bites. I even use it on my dogs when they cut themselves or are licking. Brilliant stuff.
