Natural ingredients and where they come from are important in this range of products so all the ingredients are sourced from ethical distributors who have positive and close links with their suppliers. 

The aluminium tins are reusable so please wash and reuse them. It helps if you use a small amount of concentrated washing up liquid to ease the oils and butters off the inside of the container then wash, dry and use it for storing small items. Unfortunately, the lining of the lid is not recyclable, nor are the labels as they need to be waterproof. 

The bottles are reusable too after washing but not the labels as those too are waterproof.

Please recycle the tins and bottles if you choose not to reuse them.

Packing of the products for postage may include material that is being reused, such as paper, cardboard or string. This is to prevent waste, where possible, which is so important for the environment.

Products that may not be of the standard required for distribution, such as an incorrect weight or a dented tin, are given to a charity or to those who would otherwise be unable to purchase these items. These items are in no way defective and are exactly what buyers would receive except that a minor mishap has occurred. This allows for less waste and for the opportunity to give back to society.
